The use of Hiresmrt.com (the “Hiresmrt”, “We”, “Us”, and “Our”) or any other services offered by Hiresmrt.com is subject to these Terms of Service. In order to use our services, you must agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Hiresmrt.com is provided by Youn Commodities (“Company”).

By registering and/or using our Service, you confirm and enter an agreement to be bound by the Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to accept the Terms of Service (including if you do not accept either the Terms or the Privacy Policy), then do not use this Website or any of its content or the Services.

1. The Service for Employers

The Hiresmrt service for Employers (“Employers”) allows any Employer to register and create an account on Hiresmrt.com to use our applicant tracking software to post jobs, collect job applications from job seekers, and set up interviews with potential candidates.

1.1 Employers will be able to create their own company job website, provided as a subsite on jobs.hiresmrt.com/company including the company name, industry, logo, summary, and their current job openings.
1.2 Employers can post a job on their own company job website, provided by jobs.hiresmrt.com, for no charge. Should there be any payment required, please do not proceed as we will not charge payment for posting jobs.
1.3 Employers have the ability to access information that candidates consented to provide under the privacy agreement in the Privacy Policy.
1.4 Employers receive all applications through one platform where the Employer may filter, screen, ignore, or choose candidates to fill a role pertaining to the needs.

In no event should Youn Commodities be liable for any malpractice or actions of users on the platform. This statement means the sole responsibility is with the Employer to verify qualifications for Job Seekers are accurate through using our proprietary screening questions or asking for additional documentation from the candidate. Our service acts as a connector between Employers and Job Seekers, thus we cannot give verification that a resume or any information given by the candidate is truthful and further vetting will be required by the Employer. We are not liable or responsible for any damage or losses as a result of our Services. Information received from candidates, such as personal information should remain confidential and used internally for hiring assessment only. You are solely liable to disclose of any personal information you use complies with your jurisdictions rules, laws, and regulations.

2. The Service for Job Seekers

This section of the Agreement is specifically for users on Hiresmrt that are job seekers, candidates, or employees (“Job Seekers”). Please be informed that Employers that post job listings will have access to your resume and personal information you provided in the job application. As a job seeker is it important to provide data that you are comfortable giving to Employers for the application process.

Job seekers on Hiresmrt can submit a job application using our easy step-by-step application process including the screening questions and optional diversity, equity, and inclusion questions. Applicants will see inputs one at a time to reduce distractions and increase the completion rate of each application. Advertisements will be present while job seekers are applying to different roles on the platform. These advertisements are GDPR compliant and CCPA compliant, with the option to opt-out of personalized ads. The advertisement promotions on the application process keep Hiresmrt free for everyone, thus blocking ads will prevent you, the Job Seeker, from applying unless Hiresmrt is whitelisted on your adblocking software.

We do not guarantee that you, the Job Seeker, will receive an offer letter for any position of employment listing on Hiresmrt. Employers reserve the right to post jobs without the intent of filling the position on Hiresmrt.

3. User Conduct

By using our Services, you agree to:

3.1 Keep your user login information and access to the Site and Services confidential and secure, including not disclosing it to anyone else. Although you are prohibited from allowing others to use your account, you agree that you are responsible for all use of your account or password, whether or not you have authorized use of your account. You are liable for any damages resulting from the compromise of your account or password, including unauthorized access to or use of your account. Contact us immediately at if there is any suspicious activity on your account and we will be able to help you with the next steps.
3.2 Remember to include true, complete and accurate information in job applications, registration, and keep the information updated.
3.3 Comply with the Terms and applicable laws, rules, and regulations at all times.
3.4 Not distribute or copy any content from Hiresmrt unless consent is given.

We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy at all times so it is your responsibility to carefully read the Agreement once changed. If you, the Employer or Job Seeker, violates any of the Terms or applicable laws, rules, or regulations; we reserve the right to deactivate or terminate your access to our Services at all times.

4. Disclaimer

The Hiresmrt website and services, along with the information and materials made available through the website and services, are provided on an "as-is" basis. In particular, but without limitation, Hiresmrt, Youn Commodities, its licensors, and its service providers do not make any representations, warranties, or conditions that: (i) the information or materials provided on this website or through the services are accurate, reliable, or complete; (ii) the functions contained on this website or within the services will operate without interruptions or errors; (iii) any defects will be corrected, or (iv) this website, the services, or the server(s) hosting them are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Hiresmrt, Youn Commodities, its licensors, and its service providers expressly disclaim all representations, warranties, and conditions, whether express or implied, statutory, arising from trade usage, course of dealing, or otherwise, including, without limitation, any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, non-infringement, title, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or any specific outcome from the use of the website or services, including but not limited to finding employment as a job seeker or locating suitable employees if you are an employer.

5. Governing Law

The Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy applies to all Services provided by Hiresmrt.com. This Agreement is governed and aligned in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario. Should any disputes from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Ontario.
